Well, i live in the county of Surrey, but theres nothing really significant about it (to my knowledge anyway). So, i'll do Britain instead:

-British rock and roll (Beatles, Rolling Stones)
    -National health service ^_^
    -Rockstar games is based here
-Some of the best books ever written were by the british, and theres also Harry Potter which is infamous.
    -We invented football.

And thats it. I'll think of more later.

    Legan?s:
It doesn't kick ass at all, it doesn't have anything to see and the "modern art" city decoration sucks big time thanks to our nice mayor [plots to kill him]. I really hate him.

So I'll do what I really feel part of: Madrid. (Note that all people from the province of Madrid feel to be just from "Madrid", no particular city.)

    ????

    Madrid:
    - One of the big capitals of the world
    - A millenia of history
    - Long royal tradition and capital of the Empire
    - A dozen different architectural styles
    - Long, world-famous artistic tradition
    - The Royal Palace of Madrid, one of the hugest and nicest palaces in the world (curious info: the Royal Family does not live there. They didn't like that it took a 15 minute walk to go from the kitchen to the dinning room (!), and the food was cold when it arrived.)
    - The Prado Museum; together with Paris' Louvre museum, the most important museum of the world
    - The Royal Site and Monastery of San Lorenzo del Escorial, declared Humanity's Heritage by UNESCO in 1984
    - The Aranjuez cultural landscape and Royal Palace of, declared Humanity's Heritage by UNESCO in 2001
    - The Historic Precinct and University of Alcal? de Henares, declared Humanity's Heritage by UNESCO in 1998 (note: Spain is the country with the most Humanity's Heritage-declared areas in the WORLD; above Italy and way above France)
    - The National Library, where unvaluable historic documents and ancient books are stored, including the royal decrees of the Middle Age and the Americas reports
    - The Royal Palace of La Zarzuela, where the Royal Family lives
    - The Royal Palace of El Pardo
    - The Cathedral of La Almudena
    - The Palace of Communications, one of the most beautiful buildings in the world
    - The Egyptian Temple of Debod, and no, Spain didn't steal from Egypt, it was given as a gift for our engineering work when translating another Egyptian temple
    - The Royal Theatre
    - The Thyssen and Queen Sof?a museums, as well as a dozen of minor museums about the middle age and more
    - I would like to list the minor palaces, castles and manors in Madrid, but it would take me a day! I'm not exaggerating if I say this is well above ONE HUNDRED.
    - Same goes for churches
    - And the same would happen if I wanted to list the fountains, statues, and gates, though I'll mention the most famous Gate of Alcal? and fountains of Cibeles, Neptune and Apollo
    - The famous sky ports in the mountains in the north of Madrid
    - The Retiro, Madrid's central park with lots of statues and a historic tradition
    - The Casa de Campo (think another Central Park, only huge)
    - Other parks and natural places
    - If you're into football, it's home of the Real Madrid, considered one of the best football teams in the world (or it was the best? I don't remember because I'm not into it)
    - The Kio Towers (which look like / \ )
    - An ultra-modern, massive subway system (larger than Paris'; consider Paris has more than double the population of Madrid)
    - The ultra-modern Airport of Barajas, Europe's largest airport
    - Warner Bros' Theme Park (35 mins. by train)
    - One of the few (and largest) artificial skiing ground open 365 days a year in the south

And many, many more... I realized I'm REALLY lucky to live here. There's so much to see I haven't seen it all, and probably never will. It's hard to think of a city with more history and culture than this.

    SC:
    -Uh... Edisto Island is cool.
-It's probably best if you just skip this state.

IRT Cat-Yeah British bands rock, Go XTC!

    IRT Nev-That bad, huh?

Hmm, Madrid sounds real cool, making me regret taking French over Spanish. ) :

My particular city, Green(subsidary of Akron)
sucks ASS. It is this little suburban community where you are an outcast if you don't wear their expensive shit ass clothing. They all try to act urban and tough and speak in ebonics.
There is no anime community really.
There is just one consoling thing for me whenever I feel down....
I can kick all their asses with my Ryo Hazuki jiu-jitsu

IRT CBA: Madrid rocks, but you can come anytime. Paris is cool too; I doubt you'll ever regret visiting any European capital, but out of all of them, my favorite one would be Madrid, followed by Rome, Prague, Paris, and London in that order. I'll eventually visit all of them so I'll be able to tell more of them.

There is nothing that special in SC. Charleston is a nice city but nothing wonderful. SC is one of those states you drive through while going to a better more fun place such as Flordia.
